1. All Sales Final
All sales are considered final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds based on customer misuse, misunderstanding, or improper handling of products.
Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
3. Order Issues
We reserve the right to:
- Deny any claim that does not meet the above requirements
- Request additional information before approving a resolution
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers
- Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Failure to contact us within the required timeframe
Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled orders.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
