1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if additional verification is required.
Orders may be subject to additional verification prior to shipment.
2. Shipping Methods
We use trusted third-party carriers to deliver orders.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Once an order has shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to complete delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Prime BioResearch is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect address information
- Other factors outside our control
4. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status and ensure proper receipt of the package.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Prime BioResearch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Packages confirmed as delivered are considered fulfilled orders.
